Voluntary Submission. By adding your details to that Sheet, you acknowledge that the information is publicly visible on our website. We do not host or store this data on our own servers; instead, it is retrieved from a third-party (Google) embed and displayed “as is.”

No Warranty or Guarantee. We are not responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of listings on the Free Agent page. We disclaim liability for any false, misleading, or out-of-date entries, and do not guarantee that participating individuals or teams will match, contact, or contract with one another.

Removal or Correction of Information. If you wish to remove or update your information on the Free Agent listing, you may edit the Google Sheet directly (if you have access) or contact us and request removal. We will make reasonable efforts to remove or update your info promptly.

All such updates are performed through secure login credentials provided and managed exclusively by JamesDeeMedia. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish on their pages.

14.2 Account Security and Data Privacy.
  • The login credentials provided to creators are managed by JamesDeeMedia, and no additional personal or connecting data is stored by the Site aside from publicly displayed names or creator codes which are already publicly visible. By using the creator update functionalities, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy regarding the information displayed on your public creator page. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure, and JamesDeeMedia shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or breaches resulting from compromised credentials.

14.3 No Ownership or Stake for Featured Creators.
  • By "joining" and being a “featured” creator on the Site "Paintballvides.ca", you acknowledge and agree that you do not hold any ownership interest, partnership status, or other entity stake in paintballvideos.ca or JamesDeeMedia. You are featured solely via embedded or linked content, and JamesDeeMedia remains the sole owner of the Site and all related business dealings. Any recognition, exposure, or promotional benefit you receive does not confer any rights or ownership in this Site, its brand, assets, or operations.
